Book Shipment

Click the Book Shipment Summary report to open a Search box in the QuickLinks dashboard.  Enter a Title, EAN, or Author to view matching records in a results box.  Click a result to open the Book Shipment Summary report in a new tab.

The Book Shipment Summary report is specific to one EAN/Title/Format combination.

First 90 Days Units: The first 90 days of sold units.
First 90 Days Invc: The first 90 days of gross invoices.
Reorder Units: The number of units reordered.
Reorder Amount: The gross invoice value of the units reordered. (The First 90 Days Invc plus the Reorder Amount equal the LTD Gross Invc.)
LTD Gross Units: Life to Date sold units plus free units. Sold units are units that are invoiced. Free units are Samples, Free copies, etc.
LTD Gross Invc: Life to Date gross invoices.
LTD Return Units: Life to Date number of units returned.
LTD Return Credit: Life to Date customer credit for returned units.
LTD Net Units: Life to Date sold units minus return units.
LTD Net Invc: Life to Date gross invoices minus return credits.
LTD Percent Returns: Life to Date percentage of returns to gross sales.
Open Backorder Units: No inventory is available at this time and the order will ship when inventory is allocated.
Open Backorder Expected Invoice Amount: The expected invoice amount when a backorder ships.
Committed Backorder Units: Inventory has been allocated to the order and will ship when the order is released.
Committed Backorder Expected Invoice Amount: The expected invoice amount when a committed backorder ships.
Transferred: Units transferred between IPS warehouses.
Other Free Units: Shipped units that are not invoiced. Ex: Review Copies, Samples, etc.
