Order Date: The date the order was placed.
Attempted Units: The original number of units ordered.
Unfilled Units: The number of units not fulfilled in the order.
Publisher Status: Publisher status of titles at Ingram, pulled in from CoreSource. Statuses:
Cancelled
Forthcoming
Postponed Indefinitely
Active
No longer our product
Out of stock indefinitely
Out of print
Inactive
Unknown
Remaindered
Withdrawn from sale
Recalled
Active, but not sold separately
Recalled
Temporarily withdrawn from sale
Permanently withdrawn from sale
Last Expected Date: Last date Ingram expects to receive inventory from the publisher.
Expected Units: Inventory Ingram expects to receive from the publisher.
Original Customer PO: The original purchase order created by the customer when placing the order to Ingram.
EAN: 13-digit code used to identify the product (ISBN).
Title: Title
Pub Alpha: A code at Ingram used to link Imprints/Publishers to the publisher number.
Imprint: Imprint
Brand Category: Publisher defined category set up through the client manager and maintained in TMS.
List Amount: The current list price of the title in USD.
Release Date: The date initial new title backorders are released to the warehouse for fulfillment.
Pub Date: From CoreSource, publisher defined expected date for product to be available.
SL Account: An Ingram account number assigned to a customer’s shipping address. (Shipping Location).
Shipping Location: Shipping Location where product is shipped.
PTO: Identifies if an item is available from LSI (Lightning Source) on a print-to-order basis. Values:
Y = Yes
N or blank = No
R = Revision (item temporarily removed from PTO for revision).
SPR-J: Y/N flag used to identify titles that participate in the Jackson automated print program.
